Lost Lake Utility District Payment Portal

Lost Lake Utility District Customers:

If you take advantage of our payment portal, Payment Service Network, you may be experiencing issues with logging in or completing payments.

Due to our contact update this year, some names on accounts were updated to be exactly as requested on the contact forms. The name updates created an issue with our payment portal, and some accounts were deactivated by Payment Service Network (PSN).

If you cannot login to PSN, please create a new PSN account using your account number and name exactly as it appears on your bill. You will be able to continue to pay online as usual.
